Along with Kush, by next week, figure out how to become a company. Come up with a step-by-step procedure for us to follow, and include how much each step will cost us, if anything. As soon as you two are done this, we will implement this procedure.

Step 1: Transfer money to bank account for temporary holding
Step 2: Register for LLC license on Legalzoom, using the bank account with the money
Step 3: Once License ID is obtained, apply for business account, and withdraw money from previous account to put into business account
